Alternative Shipping Methods

UPS Ground Shipping option is Free on orders above $29.95, but if you would like another shipping option, you can find the shipping cost for any time by placing it in the art and filling out the first step of the checkout only and checking the shipping option you prefer. This does not mean that you purchased the product, but only gives you the cost of shipping and you DO NOT have to purchase anything at that point. You will see the shipping calculations on the right side along with the credit card information request. Please make sure to select the Correct Shipping Option that is available for your address.  If this message appears "Shipping may be added to your order. " below subtotal at the shopping cart, you have probably selected a shipping method that is not available for your Ship To address.

USPS Options - We decided to add USPS shipping options for your convenience. Appropriate shipping charges apply to all USPS Domestic Shipping Options (USPS Priority and USPS Express) as well as to USPS International Shipping Options (USPS Global Priority and USPS Global Express). For international orders, please be sure to check with your local rules and regulations about all custom and brokerage fees, duties and taxes that are imposed on the goods that are imported into your country. 
USPS Priority shipping option is ONLY FREE for the orders going to AP, AE, AA, and FP Military Post Office addresses.

UPS is the prefered shipping option because of its tracking features and the best success rate of delivering tactical products to our customers undamaged, and YES! we still pack our products with extra care just to be safe.
Free UPS Ground offer is NOT available outside of the Continental 48 States - other shipping options are charged at UPS cost.  We support our Military and their families, and all orders to Military APO/FPO/AEO/AAO addresses are shipped FREE OF CHARGE via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that due to very high costs, UPS Ground shipping to the following states is NOT Free: AK, AS, CZ, GU, HI, MP, PR, RI, VI and is charged at UPS cost.
You must select correct shipping option at the check out. We ship Monday through Friday, and UPS delivers on business days only.  Please note that a regular UPS Next Day Air package shipped on a Friday and a UPS 2nd Day Air packages shipped Thursday or Friday, will get to the destination the following week, counting the business days.  Only orders placed on Friday can be scheduled for a Saturday delivery, please contact us to place your order. There will be an additional $25 fee for Saturday delivery (Please not that Saturday delivery option is only available with UPS Next Day shipping option shipped on Friday before 1:00PM).

We do ship worldwide via UPS and USPS. The least expensive shipping options to Canada are through UPS Standard to Canada and USPS Global Priority (please see our intl. shipping policy on brokerage fees and VAT charged by the governments outside of the USA).

Processing your order

We pride ourselves on very fast shipping and ship most in-stock orders within 1-2 business days from one of our IL, USA-based warehouses, note that some orders might be shipped directly from the manufacturer and might take a bit longer.  If we are unable to fulfill your order right away, we will contact you with a shipping estimate and the option of continuing or canceling the order.

Notification about the shipments

We will send you an automated email with the UPS or USPS tracking number for your order once the package is sent out.  Please note that the UPS tracking number gets uploaded to the UPS site and becomes traceable from http://www.ups.com within 24 hours. If you receive the tracking number BEFORE UPS online tracking database has it - you might have to give it 24 hours until it shows up on their site!

Time in Transit

UPS Ground shipping option requires about 1-4 business days to get a ground package from our IL-based 60062 warehouse to any of lower 48 US states.  If you would like your order faster, express shipping options via UPS are always available, and the extra shipping cost is calculated by the shopping cart during check-out - make sure to select a valid shipping option available to your Ship To Address. Tracking

Once you receive our email notification with the tracking number,  your can track the shipment online using UPS.com site or our UPS tracking page.  You can also contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS. You can track your USPS order on the USPS tracking page.

Non-UPS/USPS Shipping

Freight Charges are applied to items with weight over 150lb since UPS Ground has a weight limit of 150lb (for example, police traffic radar trailers), and these exceptions will be noted on individual product pages.  We will be able to provide Free Shipping within lower 48 US States option on most of our wholesale and volume purchases even if they have to be delivered by truck or any other shipping method - please contact our Volume Purchase Experts for an official price quote and more specific information.
In some rare cases we reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier such as FedEx or Airborne at no additional cost to you with the same or faster delivery method selected.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like your order canceled please call or e-mail us and your order will be canceled free of charge but only if it has not been shipped out. If the order was already shipped, however, the enforcement of our restocking policy may be enforced. The shipping is insured. Although we do pack our items carefully and no damage should be done to any of your orders, you should check your items when they arrive to be sure. If the packaging is damaged, do not sign for the order until you check the contents of the package. If an item is damaged you must notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hours or contact us.
